Shabbat Dinner, followed by presentation by Dr. Daniel Matt
“The Development of Kabbalah and the Shekhinah”
Following evening services and a Shabbat dinner, Dr. Matt will trace the development of Kabbalah (Jewish mysticism), and focus on the concept of Shekhinah (presence of God) from its rabbinic origins to its full flowering of the Zohar.
