MARCH 20, 2018 -- DAY 9

The coolest part of ammunition was the trenches. They let us walk through them. It felt like I was learning the history of a great battle. Then we did a food walking tour in the old city. My favorite part was when we got to try the halva at a special stop in the market.

Then we visited the egalitarian part of the western wall. But I think the ‘traditional’ part of the wall was better. Because the egalitarian section wasn’t as big, and didn’t seem as special. We also went to the western wall right afterwards, for a second time on this trip. I wish we had more time there.

Then we went into the western wall tunnels. That was cool. In them we learned more about how they built the wall, and it contains the largest rock moved and used to build something on earth.

Tonight we went to a restaurant for our last meal of the trip. It was a lot of activity... moving from one place to the next from here to there. We got to see a lot of places!
