Meditation with Susan

Begin to unwind for the weekend at noon with Susan Jaffee!

Please have ready and bring to the class

  1. A yoga blanket / or a couple of beach towels ( we will fold these and use them as weights on our body as we do breath work)
  2. A couple of supportive cushions / or pillows to use for comfortable sitting
  3. If you cannot sit on the floor have a comfortable chair available to use during the meditation.
